1. 协助会计经理进行日常财务管理和会计核算工作，确保财务数据的准确性和及时性。
2. 审核各类会计凭证、账簿和财务报表，确保符合会计准则和酒店财务制度。
3. 参与月度、季度和年度财务结算工作，协助编制财务报表和分析报告。
4. 协助管理公司税务事务，确保税务申报的准确性和合规性。
5. 监控和分析公司财务状况，提出改进建议和风险预警。
6. 协助制定和完善公司财务管理制度和流程，提高财务管理效率。
7. 参与预算编制和执行监控，协助进行成本控制和绩效分析。
8. 配合内外部审计工作，提供必要的财务资料和解释。
1. 本科学历，会计、财务或相关专业毕业。
2. 具备2年以上会计或财务相关工作经验，具有洲际酒店工作经验，有会计从业资格证书者优先。
3. 熟悉国家财务、税务法规和会计准则，具备良好的财务分析能力。
4. 熟练使用财务软件和办公软件，如Excel、Word等。
5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
6. 工作认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和保密意识。
