· 负责从活动策划、会议期间客户需求处理到活动后客户跟进的全流程宾客体验.
· 深入了解酒店重点行业的客户需求，必要时积累行业专长以优化宾客体验
· 准备每周活动预测报告及其他支持文件
· 及时跟进战略客户及利益相关者关系，推动客户满意度最大化
· 确保主账单及时交付客户并协助完成付款
· 在活动策划阶段，与会议策划者协商确定最佳会议室配置、会议/休息流程、菜单设计、餐饮协调、座位安排及装饰方案等
· 每日与会议策划者复盘活动进展，审核消费明细、账单及合同外费用
· 组织客户与餐饮团队的前期会议，探索提升宾客体验的方案
· 组织活动后回访及满意度调查，跟进反馈并挖掘后续商机
· 提升酒店及品牌在当地的知名度
· 协调安全措施确保活动流畅进行，建议客户选择环保方案以减少浪费及能源消耗
· 完成其他分配的任务。
会议策划相关专业大专及以上学历，至少一年相关经验，服务行业经验优先
优秀的沟通与谈判能力
主动性强，能按时完成任务与项目
熟练管理电子及纸质档案系统
熟悉政策流程并能有效传达
出色的书面及口头表达能力
熟练的计算机技能（包括MS Office）
