负责会议、活动等项目的客户开发与销售工作，完成既定销售目标
统筹协调会务项目执行流程，包括需求对接、方案制定、资源调配及现场支持等环节
与客户保持良好沟通，准确理解其需求并提供专业建议，提升客户满意度
协同内部团队推进项目进度，确保会务活动高效、有序实施
跟进合同签订、费用结算等后续事宜，保障项目闭环管理
大专及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理或相关专业优先
具备1年以上会务服务、活动策划或销售相关工作经验
具有较强的沟通 具有较强的沟通协调能力、客户服务意识及项目统筹能力
熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的方案撰写与演示能力
工作积极主动，责任心强，能适应阶段性出差或加班安排
