负责会议、活动等会务项目的整体策划与统筹执行，确保项目顺利落地
开拓并维护客户资源，挖掘潜在合作机会，完成销售目标
与客户沟通需求，提供专业会务解决方案，撰写项目提案及报价方案
协调内部资源，联动设计、运营、执行等团队，保障服务交付质量
跟进项目进度，处理执行过程中的突发情况，提升客户满意度
定期整理销售数据与项目反馈，优化业务流程与服务标准
大专及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理、会展等相关专业优先
具有1年以上会务服务、活动策划或销售相关工作经验
具备良好的沟通协调能力、客户服务意识及较强的项目执行力
熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的文案撰写和方案制作能力
工作积极主动，责任心强，能适应短期出差及阶段性高强度工作
