1、制定周/月培训部培训计划并准备每月的培训报告。
2、根据培训经理的指示检查所有的课程确保教学的专业性。
3、结合员工的反馈意见管理并评估部门培训员的授课表现并据此制定未来的培训计划。
4、协助培训经理搜集适合于员工培训的资料并负责采购或印刷制作。
5、确保有效的执行培训计划。
6、更新培训资源和资料供应商的信息和记录。
7、定期与员工交流思想保持良好的员工关系。
1、拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能完全代表酒店品牌和公司与顾客员工和第三方交往的能力。
2、精通微软办公软件。
3、具有解决问题推理号召组织和培训能力。
4、良好的写作技能。
