· Help the candidates to fill in the employment application form correctly
· 协助前来面试的应聘者正确填写职位申请表
· Assist the leader of recruitment to prepare the hiring procedure and track the situation

· Contact the confirmed candidates to make sure they on board with the requested materials

· Process the check in procedure for new employees and explain HR Policies
and procedures to them

· Maintenance of employee files

· Key in the employee information into the HRMS
· 在人力资源系统内录入员工基本信息
· Assist the check out procedure for the leaving employees and explain therelated routing to them
· 协助离职员工办理离职手续,并向其解释相关的流程和路线
· Update the new employee information and other concerned data in HOH
· 在心之家园(员工后线区域)更新新入职员工及其它HR相关信息
· Take charge of the outsourcing staff management
· 负责外来人员的管理
· Take charge of the attendance record and Locker room management
· 负责部门考勤
· Manage the first kit refilling and the heathy certificate supervision
· 负责急救箱管理和健康证的管理及保存
· Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations
· 定期与员工交流思想,保持良好的员工关系。
· Other issues related to Human Resources

· Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs

· Day-to-day secretarial work to include designing the poster, flyer and update the softcopy data base.

· Manage of OA records, receipt record and other information etc.
· 负责备份、打印、管理OA相关的完成记录,各项文件物品签收和其它信息及文件的管理等。
· Handling reservation as requested
· 必要时协助预订客房、宴请申请、用车申请、邮寄申请等。
· Taking minutes of Department meeting as requested
· 需要时为相关会议作会议记录。
· Maintains confidentiality at all times and maintains strict practice of office lock up and security of information

· Assist other colleagues to complete the C&B tasks, the recruitment tasks and other assigned tasks

· Interview Line Associates, and trainee

· Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures

· Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Staff and Managers

· Assist managers in developing work practices that are in line with OH &S policies

· Assist with line staff counselling and career management

· Works with Training Manager or designate to Co-ordinate training such as:

o First Aid Courses, OH&S, Workplace Rehabilitation courses.

o Issue invitations to attend internal and external programs

· Manage the fixed assets, the storeroom and other materials.

· Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
