1、创建积极向上的团队文化、赋能运营部门提升酒店宾客满意度、塑造酒店良好的雇主品牌。
2、负责酒店人力资源部的全面管理工作，制定和实施人力资源规划。
3、负责建立和健全人事、劳资、考核、聘任、晋升、奖惩等各项规章制度。
4、负责酒店人事招聘和储备人才库的建设。
5、执行酒店关于人事调配、工资奖励、劳保福利、安全生产的方针、政策和规定。
6、组织编制工资、人事、考勤、考核等报表。
7、制定和完善酒店组织架构、薪酬体系、绩效管理体系。
1、学士学位/高等教育资质或同等学历。
2、4年同岗位人力资源相关经验。
2、具有管理经验者优先考虑。
3、有人力资源专业职称者优先考虑。
4、能够在尽可能大的范围内保持所有人力资源事务的保密性。
5、能说流利的中文，能使用英文作为工作语言。
