•协助部门减少日常用品的耗费,尽量节约成本
•完成员工宿舍资产盘点
•监督完成每月药品盘点
•识别和分析本地福利标准,确保酒店提供的福利具有同业竞争力
•每月进行P&L中HR费用分析,为部门费用规划作参考
•参与酒店每年的季节销售活动,增加酒店收入

• 协助组织各种有利于团队协作的活动,为全体员工营造积极的工作氛围
• 与院校、人力资源市场等单位保持良好关系,积极发展合作伙伴,拓宽招聘渠道
• 协调实习生计划
• 负责10-8级员工招聘面试
• 协助人事经理进行各种招聘活动的实施
• 建立和持续不断完善酒店人才库
• 准备月度离职率报告和离职分析报告
• 与内部员工保持良好的沟通,需要时向员工提供准确的信息和必要的解释
• 及时为员工申报工伤、生育津贴等社保待遇
• 为外聘员工申请相关签证以确保其工作的合法性
• 协助管理临时工,协助部门与帮工公司间良好沟通
• 审核OA系统中有关年假、帮工申请单等单据
• 按照集团要求每月按时、准确提交集团报表
• 管理部分员工档案
• 管理员工宿舍及宿舍管理员
• 完成上级交代的其他工作任务
• 支援其他部门工作

• 在与每一位内部和外部客人的交往中为酒店树立一个积极的形象
• 非常了解所有的产品与服务知识,以便向客人解释及出售酒店的服务和设施
• 掌握并能为客人提供酒店最新的信息
• 确保能够随时为员工和经理提供与行业规定相关的信息
• 执行10-8级离职面谈并提供员工离职原因的反馈
• 正确及时的发布内部和外部的招聘广告
• 协助上级拜访学校,学院和大学
• 通过酒店网站管理在线招聘工作
