岗位职责
1、在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
2、在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉，做好餐厅的接待服务。
3、监督现金的处理和存放程序。
4、制定并指导员工执行现金安全制度。
5、处理异常的付款情况。
6、监督服务设备的维护保养。
7、监督客用设施和服务的标准。
8、协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作。
9、随时注意餐厅的动态，及时妥善处理发生的各种问题。
岗位要求
1、1年以上餐厅管理经验，有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧；
2、口语流利，形象佳.
