1. 指导厨房的日常事务，计划和分配工作，确保始终拥有人数适合的员工团队；
2. 通过辅导和提供反馈培养团队并提高绩效，为员工制定绩效和发展目标，表彰表现优异的员工；
3. 鼓励宾客提出反馈，以提高宾客满意度；
4. 与VIP宾客就菜单进行商讨并作相关跟进；
5. 协助餐饮总监策划活动；
6. 确保餐点始终符合标准——我们制定了标准，但需要执行，才能为宾客提供独特而难忘的用餐体验；
7. 洞悉市场，关注竞争对手的活动和行业创新，发展出一套独有的厨房理念；
8. 确保食物和饮品的安全以及安全储存，始终保持库存充足，并尽量减少浪费；
9. 确保酒店设置食品安全系统，积极参与并通过年度审计；
10. 为酒店管理层准备各项预测、计划和部门生产报告；
11. 协助准备酒店年度预算，并设定部门目标；
12. 其他相关工作；
1. 职高/中专/技校及以上学历或拥有烹饪领域的证书；
2. 中餐/宴会行政副总厨、厨师长或同等职位相关工作经验2年以上；
3. 有较好的厨房管理、成本管理经验；
