1、负责中餐厅日常服务工作的组织与协调，确保服务流程顺畅、高效。
2、督导服务员执行标准化服务流程，提升客户用餐体验。
3、协助餐厅经理完成排班、培训及绩效考核等工作。
4、处理客户投诉及突发事件，确保问题及时解决并反馈至管理层。
5、检查餐厅设施、餐具及环境卫生，确保符合酒店服务标准。
6、协助制定服务改进方案，优化服务细节，提升客户满意度。
7、定期盘点餐厅物资，控制损耗，协助成本管理。
1、具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力，能够灵活应对客户需求。
2、有团队管理经验者优先，能够有效协调团队工作。
3、熟悉中餐服务流程及标准，具备一定的餐饮行业知识。
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力。
5、具备较强的应变能力，能够妥善处理突发事件。
6、身体健康，形象端正，符合酒店行业服务人员的基本要求。
