1. 负责中餐厅的日常运营管理工作，包括但不限于顾客接待、点餐服务、餐中服务及餐后结账等环节的协调与监督。
2. 指导和培训餐厅服务员，确保他们按照餐厅的服务标准和流程提供优质服务，提升顾客满意度。
3. 处理顾客投诉和突发情况，及时解决问题，维护餐厅的良好形象和声誉。
4. 协助餐厅经理进行菜单设计、成本控制及库存管理等工作，确保餐厅运营的经济效益。
5. 定期组织团队会议，分享工作经验，提出改进建议，促进团队整体服务水平的提升。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先。
2. 拥有3年以上中餐厅或相关餐饮行业的工作经验，熟悉餐厅运营流程和服务标准。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力，能够有效地指导和激励团队成员。
4. 具有较强的顾客服务意识和问题解决能力，能够迅速应对并处理各种突发情况。
5. 工作认真负责，注重细节，具备良好的职业素养和团队合作精神。
