Hiring Salary: 6000 - 8000
1. 全面负责中餐厅日常运营管理，包括服务质量监督、顾客满意度提升及现场突发问题处理；
2. 制定并执行月度经营计划，统筹菜品销售、成本控制、营收目标达成及毛利优化；
3. 管理前厅与后厨团队，组织排班调度、员工培训、绩效考核及跨岗位协作，确保服务流程标准化与高效运转；
4. 维护与供应商的日常合作关系，参与食材验收、库存管理及食品安全合规执行；
5. 收集市场与顾客反馈，协同品牌方或运营部门优化菜单结构、服务动线及客户体验方案。
1、5年以上相关的工作经验，2年以上主管级经验。
2、熟悉餐厅运营全流程，掌握食品安全及卫生管理相关法规
3、出色的现场管理能力，能有效调动团队工作积极性
4、具备较强的成本意识和数据分析能力
5、良好的沟通协调能力，能妥善处理客诉及员工关系
6、身体健康，能适应倒班工作制及高强度工作压力
7、整洁干净的仪容仪表。
