Salary: 8000 - 10000
1. 全面负责中餐厅日常运营管理，包括服务质量、食品安全、成本控制及团队协作，确保营运目标达成；
2. 制定并执行餐厅服务标准、操作流程及员工培训计划，持续提升顾客满意度与品牌美誉度；
3. 统筹人员排班、绩效管理与团队建设，营造积极、专业、包容的工作氛围；
4. 定期分析经营数据，优化菜单结构、采购策略及营销活动，提升餐厅盈利能力；
5. 严格执行国家食品安全、消防安全及劳动法律法规，落实职业健康与安全生产管理要求。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备5年以上中高端餐饮行业工作经验，其中至少3年担任餐厅主管或同等管理岗位；
3. 熟悉中餐运营全流程，具备较强的现场管理能力、客户服务意识及突发事件处理能力；
4. 具备基础财务分析能力与成本管控经验，熟练使用常见办公软件及餐饮管理系统；
5. 持有有效的健康证明，无传染病病原携带者限制情形，符合国家关于餐饮从业人员的法定要求；
6. 遵守平等就业原则，认同多元化与包容性文化，不因民族、性别、宗教信仰、年龄、残疾状况等设置不合理限制。
