2.根据部门的标准和程序手册，监督执行部门服务；
3.组织有效的交接班例会，确保所有员工知道了解贵宾、特别场合和每日的特色菜，并推销更好的产品；
4.负责本部门员工管理和培训，规划组织员工职业发展；
5.负责本部门的员工团队管理、收入预算及经营利润。
1.专科及以上学历，专业不限；
2.年龄45周岁及以下；
3.具有2-3年相关的工作经验；
4.良好的管理技能，持有商业的敏锐感，积极主动和精力充沛。
