1. 负责餐厅开餐前的准备工作，包括餐具摆放、台面清洁及环境整理。
2. 接待到店顾客，准确记录点单信息并及时传递至厨房，确保上菜效率与准确性。
3. 在用餐过程中为顾客提供主动、热情、周到的服务，及时响应顾客需求。
4. 协助处理顾客意见或建议，提升顾客满意度。
5. 完成餐后收尾工作，包括清理餐桌、归整物品及保持区域卫生。
6. 配合团队完成日常运营任务，积极参与服务流程优化。
1. 大专学历，专业不限。
2. 具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，有中餐厅服务经验者优先。
3. 身体健康，形象端正，能够适应轮班工作制。
4. 遵守职业道德，无不良记录，能保守企业及顾客相关信息。
5. 普通话流利，具备基本的计算机操作能力。
