【岗位职责】
1、当经理不在期间，制作当班见报，确保其知道酒店的活动和操作要求。
2、 当班期间尽量解决顾客的不满，并将所有的不满之处记录在案以备今后的提高。
3、监督现金收支和储蓄程序。
4、准备每日储蓄和现金收支报告。
5、建立和指导员工现金安排程序。
6、处理非常规付款方式。
7、监督服务设施的维护工作。
8、监督客户服务标准。
9、控制存货和监控安全程序。
10、协助制定菜单和酒水单。
11、监督各种活动。
12、监督部门的服务。
【岗位要求】
1、掌握所有食品及饮料业务和现代管理原则方面的经验。
2、良好的英文书写和口语能力。
3、在相关的岗位至少有2年的工作经验。
4、具备良好的运营和行政管理技能。
5、任何时候保持良好的仪容仪表。
6、具备自我激励的能力。
7、具备与各级团队成员的沟通能力，监督和激励员工。
