1. 负责中餐厅的日常运营管理工作，确保餐厅服务流程顺畅，提升顾客满意度。
2. 监督并指导服务员团队，确保他们按照餐厅标准提供优质服务，包括迎宾、点餐、上菜、结账等环节。
3. 处理顾客投诉与建议，及时反馈给相关部门，并跟进改进措施的实施，以维护餐厅良好形象。
4. 协助餐厅经理进行菜单设计与更新，确保菜品符合顾客口味与市场需求，同时控制成本。
5. 定期组织员工培训，提升团队整体服务水平与专业技能，营造积极向上的工作氛围。
6. 负责餐厅的库存管理，包括食材、餐具、清洁用品等的采购与盘点，确保物资充足且不浪费。
7. 参与餐厅的营销活动策划与执行，提升餐厅知名度与客流量。
1. 不限学历，但需具备餐饮行业或相关服务行业的工作经验。
2. 至少2年以上的中餐厅或类似餐饮场所的工作经验，熟悉餐厅运营流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队管理能力，能有效处理顾客关系与员工问题。
4. 对餐饮服务有热情，注重细节，追求高品质的服务体验。
5. 能够适应快节奏的工作环境，具备良好的应变能力与抗压能力。
6. 持有有效的健康证明，符合餐饮行业卫生标准。
