制作、供应并储存各种冷柜食品,并指导厨房团队的下级工员。

遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。



主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)

准备、提供和保存开胃菜、沙拉、三明治、拌酱及调味料

准备 冷热调味料,确保质量和连贯性

准备和储存菜贫,包括:鸡蛋、蔬菜、水果、米饭和谷类食物

准备家禽和野味

准备肉类,包括腌制肉和雕刻肉

准备制作肉批的面坯

准备鹅肝酱和店制肉冻

准备自助餐甜品

准备自助餐冷盘

与客人和内部顾客交流时应有礼貌

技能要求
• 完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
• 持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
• 具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织和培训能力
学历
• 餐饮技能或相关专业的大专学历或职业证书。
经历
• 3年厨师工作经历,包括1年的管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
