1、负责酒店中厨房头锅岗位的日常工作，确保菜品出品质量符合酒店标准
2、根据菜单要求，独立完成各类热菜的烹饪制作
3、协助厨师长研发新菜品，定期更新菜单
4、负责厨房设备的日常维护与保养
5、严格执行食品安全卫生标准，保持工作区域整洁
6、合理控制食材成本，避免浪费
7、配合其他厨师完成大型宴会及重要接待任务
.1、具备扎实的中餐烹饪基本功，熟悉各类烹饪技法
2、能熟练操作厨房各类设备工具
3、对粤菜等主流菜系有较深了解
4、具备较强的菜品创新能力
5、工作责任心强，能适应高强度工作
