1. 负责中餐热菜的切配、烹制及装盘，确保出品质量、口味与标准一致；
2. 严格执行厨房操作规范及食品安全卫生管理制度，落实生熟分开、器具专用、台面清洁等要求；
3. 参与菜单研发与成本控制工作，配合厨师长优化菜品结构与出餐效率；
4. 做好灶台设备日常维护与安全使用，及时报告异常情况；
5. 配合完成厨房排班、物料领用、损耗登记等基础运营支持工作。
1. 具有2年及以上中餐热厨岗位实际工作经验，熟悉炉灶操作流程者优先；
2. 持有有效健康证明，具备基本食品安全知识，了解《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》相关要求；
3. 大专及以上学历，烹饪类相关专业毕业者优先，接受应届毕业但具备扎实实操能力的优秀人才；
4. 具备良好的团队协作意识与抗压能力，能适应餐饮行业弹性工作时间安排。
