1.负责中厨房烧腊菜品的制作,包括但不限于烤鸭、叉烧、烧肉等传统烧腊产品的加工与出品
2.严格按照标准配方和工艺流程操作,确保菜品品质稳定、口味正宗
3.负责烧腊区域的日常备料、腌制、烤制及成品保存工作
4.维护烧腊设备及工具的清洁与保养,确保工作区域符合食品安全标准
5.根据营业情况合理控制原材料用量,协助成本管控
6.配合厨房团队完成其他相关工作安排
1.2年以上中厨房烧腊岗位工作经验,熟悉各类烧腊制作工艺
2.掌握传统广式烧腊制作技术,能独立完成烤制、上色、斩件等全套工序
3.具备食品安全意识,熟悉厨房卫生管理规范
4.能适应厨房高温工作环境,体力良好
5.工作细致认真,有责任心,具备团队合作精神
