岗位说明：负责中式点心（如虾饺、凤爪、酥点等）的制作、蒸制、及装饰，确保出品符合标准
负责中式传统点心的制作与创新，包括但不限于蒸点、炸点、煎点、烘焙点心及节令特色点心（如月饼、粽子等）。
严格遵循配方与制作流程，确保点心出品质量、口感、造型符合标准。
根据菜单需求提前备料，合理规划制作时间，保障点心按时供应。
开发新式点心品种，结合市场趋势与顾客反馈优化现有产品。
负责点心区域的卫生管理，严格执行食品安全规范，确保操作环境及器具清洁。
协助控制食材成本，合理使用原料，减少损耗。
维护厨房设备，及时报告故障并配合维修。
配合厨房团队完成其他相关工作，如大型宴会或活动的点心筹备。
