Salary: 4500 - 5000
1. 负责水产品、海鲜类食材的宰杀、清理、分档及初步加工，确保符合厨房使用标准。
2. 按照食品安全与卫生规范操作，保持工作区域清洁，落实生熟分开、防交叉污染措施。
3. 协助主厨进行原料验收，对鲜活食材的质量进行初步判断与处理。
4. 根据菜品需求对水产品进行精细化分割与保鲜处理，合理利用原材料，控制损耗。
5. 配合厨房团队完成日常备料工作，保证出菜效率与出品质量。
1. 具备中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，烹饪相关专业优先。
2. 具有2年以上中餐厨房水台岗位工作经验，熟练掌握各类水产品加工技能。
3. 熟悉食品安全法规及厨房卫生管理要求，具备良好的卫生意识与操作习惯。
4. 吃苦耐劳，责任心强，具有良好的团队协作能力与执行力。
5. 持有有效健康证明，能适应餐饮行业工作节奏。
