1. 负责中厨房各类食材的清洗、切割、分装及预处理工作，确保规格统一、符合出品标准；
2. 按照菜品制作流程和厨师长指令，及时、准确完成各岗位所需配菜任务，保障出餐效率与质量；
3. 严格执行食品安全与操作规范，保持加工区域、工具及个人卫生清洁，落实生熟分开、标识清晰等基本要求；
4. 协助做好食材领用登记、余料保管及日常耗材盘点，杜绝浪费，保障物料有序流转。
1. 具备1年及以上餐饮行业切配或相关岗位工作经验，熟悉常见食材特性及基础刀工技法；
2. 持有有效健康证明，具备食品从业人员必备的食品安全知识与实操意识；
3. 身体健康，能适应餐饮后厨工作节奏，服从管理，具备良好的团队协作意识与责任心。
