岗位职责：
1、负责厨房中餐炒锅区域的菜品烹饪，确保菜品的色香味形符合标准；
2、根据菜单要求，精心准备食材，保证菜品质量与创新；
3、管理厨房库存，合理控制食材使用，减少浪费；
4、与团队紧密合作，提升整体餐饮服务质量。
任职要求：
1、具备扎实的烹饪技术，熟悉各类中餐烹饪方法，会做本地手抓羊肉，牛犊肉，糟肉；
2、有创新意识，能根据季节变化推出特色菜品；
3、良好的团队合作精神，能够承受厨房高强度工作环境；
4、有星级酒店或高端餐饮机构工作经验优先；
5、责任心强，注重细节，具备优秀的卫生意识。
