2. 根据菜单和顾客需求，准确控制烹饪时间和火候，保证菜品口感鲜美、营养丰富。
3. 负责上什区域设备的日常维护与清洁，确保设备正常运行，延长使用寿命。
4. 参与新菜品的研发与试制，提出改进意见，提升菜品创新能力。
5. 严格遵守食品安全与卫生规范，确保食材新鲜、处理得当，防止交叉污染。
6. 与其他厨房岗位密切配合，确保菜品出餐速度与顺序，提升顾客用餐体验。
4. 对食材有深入了解，能够根据食材特性调整烹饪方法，保证菜品质量。
5. 具备较强的学习能力和创新意识，愿意不断尝试新菜品，提升烹饪水平。
6. 工作认真负责，能够承受厨房工作的高强度与压力，保证出餐效率与质量。
1. 具备2年以上上什岗位工作经验，熟悉蒸、炖、煲等烹饪技巧。
2. 持有有效的健康证明，无不良嗜好，注重个人卫生与食品安全。
