您的日常工作
• 负责厨房菜肴制作及监督上什，打荷等员工日常工作及仪容仪表。
• 督导打荷备齐各种调料，酱汁的制作及对剩余调味品的妥当保管。
• 督导下属员工按规格烹调，遵守操作和工艺要求，掌握好每道菜式的色、香、味、形等标准，按照菜单的顺序上菜。
• 协助主管做好员工培训工作。
• 与员工建立并保持良好的工作关系。
• 按计划参加并参与每日例会及其它会议。
• 清洁并整理工作区域。
• 实施酒店和部门的规定、政策和工作程序，包括但不限于：
o 酒店的规则和规定
o 健康和安全
o 仪表仪容
o 质量
o 卫生和清洁
• 执行被分派的相关任务和特殊项目。

技能要求
• 完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
• 食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或食品上岗证。
• 解决问题和培训的能力。
学历
• 餐饮技能或相关专业的大专或职业证书。
经验
• 1年相关工作经历或正式培训或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
