Salary: 2800 - 3200
1.负责酒店各类设施设备的日常维修、保养及故障排除，包括但不限于水电系统、空调系统、管道系统、家具门窗等。
2.定期检查酒店公共区域及客房的设施状况，及时发现并处理潜在问题。
3.按照维修工单要求高效完成维修任务，确保维修质量符合酒店标准。
4.协助处理突发性设备故障及紧急维修事件。
5.做好维修工具及设备的日常维护与保管工作。
6.配合其他部门完成相关设施改造及小型工程项目的实施。
7.严格遵守安全操作规程，确保工作场所的安全与整洁。
1.文化程度初中及以上，持有电工证或相关职业资格证书者优先考虑。
2.有相关酒店或大型物业综合维修工作经验1年及以上者优先。
