インターコンチネンタル札幌では、夜間のフロント・オフィス運営を統括し、最高水準のサービスと安全を維持する ナイトマネージャー を募集しています。
ゲストの滞在が常に快適で安心できるものとなるよう、リーダーシップと判断力を発揮し、夜間のチームを導いていただきます。

主な業務内容

夜間におけるホテル全体の運営管理、ゲスト体験、チームパフォーマンスの監督。

ゲストからの問い合わせ、要望、クレームに迅速かつ的確に対応。

安全対策・緊急対応を含む夜間オペレーションの責任者として勤務。

日中シフトのマネージャーや他部門との円滑な引継ぎを行い、継続的なサービス品質を維持。

フロントオフィス、ハウスキーピング、セキュリティなど関係部門と連携し、ホテルの円滑な運営を支援。

チームメンバーの業務を指導・支援し、サービス品質と効率の向上を促進。

夜間収支の確認・レポートの作成および管理システムの監督。

ゲスト満足度の向上を目的とした改善提案やオペレーションの最適化。

IHGのブランド基準とポリシーに基づく運営とチームマネジメント。

求めるスキル・経験

フロントオフィスまたはゲストサービス部門でのリーダーシップ経験（2年以上）。

日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力（会話・読み書き）必須。

基本的な会計知識および数学スキル。

優れた判断力、問題解決力、リーダーシップ、コミュニケーションスキル。

OperaなどのホテルPMS（プロパティマネジメントシステム）の使用経験があれば尚可。

夜勤・週末勤務に柔軟に対応できる方。

チームを率いながら、自らも現場で積極的に行動できる方。

Night Manager

Location: InterContinental Sapporo

At InterContinental Sapporo, we are seeking a confident and capable Night Manager to oversee the hotel’s night operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, safety, and efficiency. You will lead the night team, act as the hotel’s representative after hours, and ensure seamless operations until the next day’s shift.

Your Day-to-Day

Oversee all hotel operations during the night, ensuring guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence.

Act as the main contact for guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Serve as the primary point of contact for any emergencies, maintaining calm and control under pressure.

Liaise effectively with day management to ensure smooth handovers and consistent service quality.

Coordinate with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security to ensure seamless operations.

Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the night team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Supervise nightly financial procedures, verify reports, and ensure system accuracy.

Identify and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Uphold IHG standards and policies at all times while representing the hotel brand during overnight hours.

What We Need From You

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in Front Office or Guest Services.

Proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written).

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Basic accounting and numerical ability.

Experience with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems is an advantage.

Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
