1、负责酒店员工培训体系的搭建与完善，制定年度培训计划并组织实施
2、开发与设计培训课程，包括新员工入职培训、岗位技能培训、管理能力提升等
3、协调各部门培训需求，评估培训效果并持续优化培训方案
4、管理培训预算，合理控制培训成本
5、维护培训档案，确保培训记录的完整性与准确性
1、专科及以上学历，人力资源管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先
2、2年培训相关工作经验，有酒店行业背景者优先
3、具备优秀的课程开发与授课能力，熟练使用办公软件及培训工具
4、良好的沟通协调能力，能独立组织并推动培训项目
5、工作细致认真，具备较强的责任心和抗压能力
