1.People

  • Direct/Manage everyday activity, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers
  • Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals for colleagues
  • Train colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect
  • Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up departments to create sense of one team
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
  • Recommend or initiate any HR related actions where needed
  • To supervise all set-ups to ensure that it is done according to the function order, and on time.
  • To ensures that the service sequence is followed according to established standards.
  • To ensure Food and Beverage service.
  • To be responsible for the constant training of Banquet Staff and strongly involved in Staff training.
  • To ensure daily billing procedure.
  • To organize on the job training for the staff.
  • To be responsible for the daily operation.
  • To organize events happened in the outlet.

2.Financial

  • Help create the department’s annual budget and the setting of departmental goals
  • Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs….
  • To monitor all costs and recommends measures to control them.

3.Guest Experience

  • To be responsible for the cleanliness of all banquet facilities and equipment.
  • To control and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of outlet.
  • To prepare all guest supplement and other requisitions to ensure a smooth operation.

4.Responsible Business 

  • To arrive on duty punctual in a clean, sober smart appearance.
  • To ensure the grooming and general appearance of all staff follow the hotel policies and standards
  • To be responsible in keeping the resort safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to safety management.
  • Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
  • Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
  • May assist with other duties as assigned by management.
