Our programme is designed to give you practical experience in a field you're passionate about. As part of our team, you'll gain valuable professional skills and contribute to one of the following areas:

If you have (or are pursuing) a degree relevant to your programme of choice and can commute to our corporate HQ's (either Windsor or Branston, dependant on the programme), then you have all you need to apply.

Application process

Step 1

Register your interest

Start by talking to Alex, our virtual assistant, to register your interest. As part of this step, you’ll be asked to record a short video explaining why an internship at IHG appeals to you. This is your opportunity to tell us a bit about yourself and what excites you about the programme.

Step 2

Introductory call

Once our team has reviewed your registration and video, you’ll be invited to a call with one of our recruiters to learn more about the internship and ask any questions you may have.

Step 3

Invitation to apply

If we have a programme that’s a good match for your interests and skills, we’ll invite you to complete a full application.

Step 4

Interview stages

Successful applicants will then take part in interviews with the hiring manager and members of the wider team.

Step 5

Offer

Following the interview stages, we’ll be in touch to let you know the outcome.

Step 6

Start date

If successful, your 10-week internship will begin in June.
