Everything you do will be in line with a Sales & Marketing plan that’s designed to boost the business. Your main task is to manage an account portfolio with the goal of generating revenue and increasing our market share. In practice, that means building great relationships with current clients so they spend more with us. You’ll also develop your network, investigate prospective clients and keep an eye on competitors.

Senior Sales Managers may be responsible for sales executives, sales co-ordinators and business development professionals. With your coaching and support, they’ll be motivated to strive for sales targets, just like you. You therefore need the experience to instil sales skills and spark ambition. It also helps if you’re a people person – you’ll be talking to diverse contacts across and beyond the industry.
