We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to the General Manager, someone who can provide essential executive support, streamline operations, and help drive the success of the leadership team. In this vital role, you’ll be the right hand to the GM, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, facilitating communication, and supporting strategic initiatives that elevate the guest experience and business performance.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Serving as the trusted right hand to the General Manager, providing high-level administrative and operational support
- Coordinating daily schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure seamless execution of the GM’s priorities
- Representing the office of the General Manager in a professional manner, both internally and externally
- Keeping the GM informed of important developments, deadlines, and emerging issues
- Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an executive support or personal assistant role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in the local language is required; additional languages are an advantage
