We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for the reopening of Crowne Plaza Petra.

Your day-to-day:

• Serve as a key member of the pre-opening leadership team, actively contributing to the hotel’s reopening preparations.
• Build, lead, and inspire a strong HR team for both properties.
• Drive all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement, learning & development, and compliance.
• Implement and uphold IHG HR policies and local labor regulations.
• Foster a Great Place to Work culture, aligned with IHG values and standards.
• Partner with department heads to ensure workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning are in place.
• Lead employee relations initiatives with fairness, consistency, and a people-first approach.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualification: 

• Proven HR leadership experience in a hotel environment; previous pre-opening experience is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of Jordanian labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work in a remote location while maintaining strong team motivation and well-being.
• Hands-on, people-oriented, and business-savvy mindset.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• IHG experience is a plus but not mandatory.
