Hiring Salary: 7000 - 9000
1、负责酒店日常财务运作管理，包括但不限于收入审计、成本控制、应付账款、应收账款等财务流程的监督与优化;
2、编制并审核财务报表，确保财务数据的准确性和及时性，为管理层提供决策支持;
3、监督酒店资金流动，确保资金安全及合理使用，定期进行现金流预测与分析;
4、协调与银行、税务、审计等外部机构的业务往来，确保合规性并优化税务筹划;
5、制定和完善财务相关制度及流程，提升财务运作效率，降低运营风险;
6、协助年度预算编制及执行监控，定期分析预算与实际差异并提出改进建议;
7、领导并培训财务团队，提升团队专业能力，确保部门高效运转。
1、具备扎实的财务专业知识，熟悉酒店行业财务运作模式及流程优先;
2、熟练使用财务软件及办公软件(Excel、PPT等)，具备较强的数据分析能力;
3、具备良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力，能够独立处理复杂财务问题;
4、责任心强，工作细致严谨，具备较强的抗压能力及团队协作精神;
5、优秀的沟通与协调能力，能够与各部门高效配合，推动财务相关工作的落实;
6、对数字敏感，具备较强的风险意识及合规意识。
7、有洲际集团工作经验者优先考虑。
