Key Responsibilities

1. Concept & Experience Leadership

  • Curate and oversee a collection of distinctive restaurant and bar concepts aligned with Regent’s ultra-luxury positioning
  • Drive innovation in dining experiences, storytelling, design, and guest engagement
  • Ensure each venue delivers a unique identity while maintaining brand cohesion
  • Continuously evolve offerings based on global trends and guest expectations

2. Operational Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of all restaurants, bars, lounges, and in-room dining
  • Ensure flawless service delivery with a strong focus on personalization and attention to detail
  • Implement and maintain Regent and IHG F&B standards
  • Drive consistency in quality, presentation, and service rituals

3. Culinary & Beverage Strategy

  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and Bar Managers to develop world-class menus and beverage programs
  • Champion innovation in mixology, wine curation, and gastronomic experiences
  • Lead partnerships with celebrity chefs, mixologists, and global brands where applicable
  • Ensure sustainability and responsible sourcing in menu development

4. Commercial Performance

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize profitability across all outlets
  • Drive destination dining and local market positioning
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and outlet mix
  • Monitor financial performance including P&L, cost control, and productivity

5. Brand Positioning & Marketing

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to position restaurants and bars as standalone destinations
  • Support PR, media collaborations, influencer engagement, and brand activations
  • Ensure strong digital presence and reputation management (reviews, rankings, awards)

6. Talent & Culture

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing F&B team with a strong luxury service mindset
  • Attract and develop top talent in service, sommelier, and mixology roles
  • Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous learning
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development within the department

7. Guest Engagement & Personalization

  • Drive a culture of intuitive, anticipatory service
  • Engage with VIP guests, regular patrons, and high-profile clientele
  • Ensure guest feedback is actively captured and translated into improvements

8. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and health regulations
  • Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and operational safety
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks across all outlets
