The Chinese Master Chef at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is responsible for leading the culinary team in creating exceptional Chinese cuisine, both traditional and modern, for our high-end guests. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Designing and executing innovative and visually appealing Chinese dishes 
    設計和製作創新且外觀吸引人的中式菜餚
  • Developing and updating seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining authenticity 
    創建和更新符合當前烹飪潮流的季節性菜單,同時保留傳統精髓
  • Creating custom menus for special events, weddings, and corporate functions
    為特別活動、婚禮和公司活動設計定制菜單
  • Managing and training kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
    管理和培訓廚房員工,確保食物準備和呈現維持高標準
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as event planning and front-of-house staff
    與其他部門合作,例如活動策劃及前線工作團隊
  • Conducting tastings and presentations for potential clients

What we need from you
我們對您的要求

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end Chinese cuisine, with experience in 5-star hotels or luxury restaurants with Michelin or Black Pearl distinctions preferred
    至少10年高級中餐經驗,具五星級酒店、米芝蓮指南或黑珍珠餐廳指南之餐廳 或 奢華餐廳工作經驗者優先
  • Proven track record of creating both traditional and modern Chinese banquet menus
    擁有製作傳統和現代中式宴會菜單的豐富經驗
  • Expertise in a wide range of Chinese cooking techniques and strong knowledge of ingredient sourcing, food safety, and hygiene standards
    精通各種中式烹飪技術,熟悉食材採購、食品安全及衛生標準
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently discuss menu options with clients and accommodate their preferences and dietary restrictions
    優秀的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠自信地與賓客討論菜單選項並配合他們的喜好和飲食限制
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and productive kitchen environment
