1. 为贵宾客户提供全流程接待、引导、咨询及个性化服务,保障服务体验的专业性与一致性;
2. 协助办理相关业务手续,及时响应并妥善处理贵宾客户的合理需求与反馈;
3. 遵守服务规范与保密要求,妥善保管客户信息,未经许可不得泄露或滥用求职者及客户个人信息;
4. 配合团队完成服务流程优化、客户满意度提升等协同工作。

1. 大专及以上学历,专业不限;
2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识与应变能力,形象气质佳,能适应服务型岗位工作节奏;
3. 身体健康,无传染性疾病,符合国家关于岗位从业的健康要求;
4. 遵纪守法,无不良从业记录,具备良好的职业道德与职业操守。
