1. 为贵宾客户提供全流程接待、引导、咨询及个性化服务，保障服务体验的专业性与一致性；
2. 协助办理相关业务手续，及时响应并妥善处理贵宾客户的合理需求与反馈；
3. 遵守服务规范与保密要求，妥善保管客户信息，未经许可不得泄露或滥用求职者及客户个人信息；
4. 配合团队完成服务流程优化、客户满意度提升等协同工作。
1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限；
2. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识与应变能力，形象气质佳，能适应服务型岗位工作节奏；
3. 身体健康，无传染性疾病，符合国家关于岗位从业的健康要求；
4. 遵纪守法，无不良从业记录，具备良好的职业道德与职业操守。
