1、协助皇冠会务总监及皇冠会务经理/主任完成并整理系统文件库。
2、 宴会活动期间根据宴会活动执行单（BEO）与各个部门进行良好的沟通协调以保证活动顺利进行。
3、 妥善建立并管理部门职责文件，包括合同、报价书和相关客户资料。
4、 管理电话拜访记录及生意信息并交由皇冠会务总监审核。
5、 协助管理皇冠会务总监及皇冠会务经理/主任的日常工作。
6、协助皇冠会务经理/主任开拓市场潜在客户。
1、专科以上文化程度，同等职位工作经历优先考虑。
2、善于与人交际，有亲和力，待人热情、友善。
3、基本掌握销售的方法和推销技巧，并能在工作中灵活运用。
4、熟悉酒店各个部门的运作程序，沟通协调能力强。
5、形象气质佳。
6、优秀的普通话及良好的英语阅读、书写及会话水平。
