1. 负责所辖楼层的日常运营与现场管理，包括人员调度、服务监督及秩序维护；
2. 协调处理顾客咨询、投诉及突发事件，保障服务质量和客户满意度；
3. 执行安全巡查、设施检查及基础卫生督导，落实各项运营规范与应急预案；
4. 配合完成销售数据记录、物料盘点及交接班管理工作；
5. 支持团队协作，协助上级开展员工基础培训与绩效反馈。
1. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与服务意识，能适应轮班工作制；
2. 具有1年以上商业场所、零售或物业服务相关工作经验；
3. 具备基本的文字表达与信息记录能力，能熟练使用常用办公设备；
4. 遵守劳动纪律，无违法违纪记录，符合岗位健康与安全履职要求；
5. 学历要求为初中及以上。
