大专及以上学历，餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
具备3年及以上中高端中餐厅一线服务及管理经验，有连锁餐饮或星级酒店背景者优先；
熟悉中餐服务标准与运营流程，具备较强的现场管理能力、沟通协调能力及应急处置能力；
具备基础财务意识与数据分析能力，能配合完成营收、成本及人力效能相关管理工作；
遵守国家劳动法律法规，无违法违纪记录，认同企业价值观，具备良好的职业道德与服务意识。
