From day one, our online portal (currently available in selected markets) will guide you through your first 30 days. It is designed to unlock your potential and support you with your first day, how to use our growth behaviours to make a meaningful impact, and all you need to know about IHG and how we give you Room for You.
For colleagues outside of UK, US, Germany, India and Philippines, worry not! Your line manager will provide you with a tailored onboarding plan suitable for your role and location.
