Assist in developing the budget of training department, supervise and carry out training work according to the budget.

协助制定培训部的预算,并督促部门依据预算开展培训工作。

Supervise staff training cost so as to manage training budget.

Reduce the financial risk caused by training relationship, and ensure the effective and orderly management of training contract.

Identify and analyze local hotel training needs, to ensure trade competitiveness with training benefits provided by the hotel.

To launch a variety of hotel training team activities for all trainers to build positive training atmosphere and consciousness (such as: trainer meeting, training member activities, training stuff out promotional activities, etc.)

推出各种有利于酒店培训团队的活动,为全体培训员营造积极的培训氛围和意识(如:培训员会议、培训员活动、培训员外出拓展活动等)。

Establish and develop the hotel training mechanism and system to ensure that the trainer can assist training department or do on-the-job training independent to give employees the on-job training opportunities so that we could further ensure of our staffs’ service consciousness and the guests’ stay experience.

建立和发展酒店培训员的机制和系统。确保酒店培训员协助培训部或独立操作部门在岗培训,给部门员工提供在岗培训机会,进一步保证对客服务意识和入住体验。

To provide all kinds of learning and training opportunities for the hotel staffs. Through a series of training,  including new staff induction training, OBA, BMG, CTC, GTC, MTD, ALDP related courses, to ensure each employee get related support on his/her role to let the staffs involve in the hotel faster, maintain good customer service consciousness, improve the guest experience  satisfaction, and get the development and the growth space.

为酒店员工提供各类学习和培训机会。通过一系列的培训,包括新入职员工培训、OBA、BMG、CTC、GTC、MTD、ALDP等相关课程,保证员工在每个角色都有相应的培训课程给予支持,以此使员工快速融入酒店文化、保持出色的对客服务意识、提升客人住店体验的满意度、找到自己发展和成长的空间。

Provide Orientation training for new employees to let them in the possible shortest time understand the hotel or the company's culture, standards, policies, procedures, staff welfare, staff training and other information.

为新员工提供酒店新入职培训,让新员工在最短的时间内了解酒店或公司的文化、标准、政策规定、流程、员工福利待遇、员工培训机会等信息。

Plan and allocate work for the staffs in training department. According to the hotel or the company's regulations and policies, give suggestions or initial proposed schemes on the issues of employees work rules or other training related affairs.

计划和分配培训部员工的工作。根据酒店或公司的规定和政策,对员工工作规程或其它与培训相关的事务提出建议或初拟方案。

Develop training department or hotel training members. According to staff itself characteristics, provide the career development suggestions, and better let employees to experience the group's commitment to room to be yourself.

发展培训部或酒店培训员。根据员工本身特点提供除了培训以外的职业发展建议,更好地让员工体验到集团的承诺尽炫自我。

Receive employees’ suggestion, feedback to find training needs.

收集员工意见、调查和反馈等数据,了解并确定培训需求。

Regular communicate with the staff, maintain good employee relations.

定期与员工交流思想,保持良好的员工关系。

GUEST EXPERIENCE宾客体验

Suggest and implement guest service strategy, implement and promote the service consciousness training, train staff to actively respond to the changing needs of the guests.

建议并实施宾客服务战略,实施和推动员工的服务意识培训,培养员工积极应对不断变化的宾客需求。

Take time to communicate with the guests and get feedback to understand the channel of improving guest satisfaction, and determine whether it can be solved after training, and make corresponding training.

抽时间与宾客进行互动,获取反馈,了解员工提升宾客满意度的渠道,判断是否能通过培训解决,并制定相应的培训。

Cooperate with the department manager to organize all kinds of training and related activities to achieve the standard of service behaviour and continuously improve guest experience.

与部门经理协作,共同组织开展各类与培训相关的活动以达成服务行为标准并持续提升宾客体验。

To promote hotel and brand in local awareness and encourage staff to actively participate in local community activities.

Maybe need to be responsible for the security of the hotel, ensure to reduce the risk of steal, crime and other to minimize. Complete other assignments, may need to be a manager on duty accordingly.
