The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in executing IHG's recruitment strategy, driving innovation to attract and secure top-tier talent.
This position is at the forefront of sourcing exceptional candidates to meet IHG dynamic hiring needs, building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline, and delivering a seamless, standout candidate experience. With a proactive mindset, this role ensures IHG remains competitive in attracting the best professionals to support its growth and success.
Your day to day
- End-to-end recruitment for General Manager roles across various properties, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Operations leaders, Hotel General Managers, HR leaders, and also property owners.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent from the hospitality industry.
- Maintain a strong GM Talent Pipeline for now and future openings.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company culture, diversity initiatives, and organizational goals.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously Improve the recruitment process.
- Drive self-development, and complete other recruitment-related tasks assigned by Head of GC Talent Acquisition.
What we need from you
- 5+ years of hospitality experience in HR or hotel operations function leader roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working in a multi-national, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM and relevant recruitment tools, also been equipped with the necessary recruitment knowledge
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with diverse groups.
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel business model and property operations.
- Excellent sourcing skills, including experience with professional networks and talent platforms.
- Experience in Behavioral Interviewing and interpreting psychometric evaluations
- Problem Solving: Quick thinking and adaptability to dynamic business needs.
- Understanding of and alignment with the company’s values and culture.
