Spa & Wellness Manager - Six Senses Uluwatu

As Spa & Wellness Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness. 

Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities 

As Spa Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: 

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and practices and updating knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
• Continually focus on the rejuvenation of the spa experience.
• Spa treatments, exercise classes and wellness facilities and equipment will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices. 
• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. 
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. 

Qualifications

To execute the position of Spa & Wellness Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Spa & Wellness, Hotel Management, or a closely related field, also have technical skills and at least five years of experience in a luxury spa and wellness role within hospitality with proven results. Wellness or Hotel Management program and have studied anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, beauty therapy at either NVQ, ITEC, or CIDESCO.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Technology skills include advanced MS Office, Spa Management systems, and Outlook platforms.
• Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred. 
• Indonesian Citizen
