As Budapest’s first Kimpton hotel, we are now looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist /Coordinator to join our team and bring our vibrant brand to life online.

Role Overview:

The Social Media Specialist will manage and execute our social media strategy, growing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement across all platforms. This role is key to building meaningful connections with our audience and supporting our marketing goals. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to craft compelling campaigns that reflect the Kimpton BEM Budapest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

• Create visually appealing and engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal engagement and growth.

• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and digital innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• Identify and engage influencers and brand ambassadors to extend our online reach.

• Manage paid social campaigns, including budget tracking, targeting, and performance optimization.

• Assist in developing social media guidelines and best practices for internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.

• Applicants must be residents of Hungary and possess the right to work.

• Strong copywriting and communication skills with the ability to craft messages in Hungarian and English.

• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

• Experience with paid social media campaigns and ad platforms (e.g., META Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

• Analytical skills to measure success and optimize campaigns.

• Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing trends.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.

• Proficiency in Apple FCP, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci, Adobe PS and Canva is preferred.
