Provides strategic direction in the areas of vendor contracting and operations, outsource locations and business planning. This role supports all global support operations for strategy, delivery and execution across the captive and outsourcing footprint.

Your day to day

  • Manage contractual relationships with 3rd party outsource partners in conjunction with the principles in the Global Operating Footprint Strategy.
  • Maintain and oversee the commit and payment life cycle-communicating quarterly commitments, PO’s, invoice and detailed tracking across vendors/partners.
  • Strategic AdHoc projects as needed to fill gaps in leadership, strategy development, or delivery
  • Participate in the development, storytelling, and successful implementation of multi-year strategic plans with SLA’s and performance monitoring.
  • Establish and maintain benchmark measures and performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives across global customer support and vendor partners.
  • Lead the annual planning process by working across the team to provide a framework, facilitate prioritization, and budget estimates.
  • Perform comparative and cost/benefit analysis for new projects and opportunities. recommending effective new operating models and managing the success of existing.
  • Manage contracts and oversee relationships with suppliers, vendors, etc. to hold them accountable and ensure visibility.
  • Provide workforce and geo-political risk for existing and emerging markets for IHG.
  • Collaborates with partners and stakeholders to lead large scale change projects such as real estate footprint, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and agile ways of working.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related Major or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experienced.
  • 7+ years related vendor management, contact center operations and services.    
  • Demonstrated experience of delivering projects in opening and expanding contact center operations and geo’s.
  • Experience with technology automation initiatives or similar experience preferred
    Deep proficiency in financial planning and cost comparison and planning analysis.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and gain confidence and respect of key leaders.
  • Requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Firm Flexible approach to change, with a positive attitude to fluctuating workload and frequent context switching.
  • Effective verbal and written communications for the purpose of presenting business cases to executives, partners, vendors, and teams.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $140,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. In addition we offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and any other benefits to eligible employees.
