The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to join their extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai Mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world-leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As Security Supervisor, your main responsibilities under the general direction of Safety & Security Manager and within the limits of Holiday Inn Hotels Standards, Policies and Procedures and local requirements, to be responsible for monitoring and implementing the company safety and security policies and procedures of the Hotel. Coordinate a smooth daily operation as per the department standard and Managers direction, ensuring effective communication and information exchange between the management and security.

Observe and report all identified violations of company Policies and Procedures, suspicious activities, and criminal acts to Company Management.  Responsible for the security of the Hotel’s assets including but not limited to guests, colleagues, contractors, and visitors.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Work experience of 2-3 years in Hotels, or equivalent combination of education and Security operations experience. Strong work ethic and a drive to excel. Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are an added advantage. Leadership skills and strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
